A contract between the composer and Stanley Lucas, Weber & Co. (London music publishers), signed by both parties, which sells his rights for Great Britain and Belgium to his Allegro appassionato for violoncello and piano for the price of five guineas. He has also signed a receipt for this sum at the foot of the document and has initialled a marginal note.
